Emily and Danny's wedding

On June 7th, 2008, our friends Emily and Danny were married. We were a little hesitant to bring a month-old baby to a wedding, but we were encouraged to do so since there would be lots of kids there. So, we ventured.... Despite Christian being so well-behaved the whole day, lesson learned - Do not take a month-old baby to a wedding.

It was a lot of work to make sure he was kept cool (it was about 95 degrees), and in the shade, and well-fed, and changed, etc. But, he got to meet Emily & Danny and their friends for the 1st time, which was nice. He was a VERY well-behaved boy throughout the entire day. He got a big case of the hiccups in church (which he hates), so we had to watch part of the ceremony from the lobby. Also, he spit up on his "wedding outfit" after being dressed for about 30 minutes, so he spent the rest of the afternoon in his cool & comfy back-up onesie. Oh well...
